I needed a company that could give me precise dates that they would be working and stick to them. I feel Bath Barn did that very well which meant I had no issues from the tenants as they were without a bathroom. Our lovely mini wet room Just used our new mini wet room for the first time. So good to have a shower space downstairs! Workers were really lovely and cleared stuff away each day, we barely knew they were there. We got lots of good suggestions about what would work best and they were right. Would recommend

Bath Barn have just completed re-fitting of a shower room and main bathroom at my home in Oakham. The customer service and workmanship were excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company for similar works

We recently had our Bathroom fitted by Bath Barn and the service we got was absolutely first class.
Whenever any building work is done on the house, you normally have few issues even minor ones.
But I can honestly say we have not had a single issues with Bath Barn and would highly recommend them.
The fitter Mondi was excellent and kept the place very clean and tidy each day before finishing for the day.

Outstanding company and service. It’s been such a pleasure to deal with this company, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I wandered into the showroom one day not really knowing what I wanted. Within a hour or so Sunil had helped me plan my new bathroom, making brilliant recommendations. From that day everything went like clockwork. The whole team was excellent, Sunil, Rahul, Jamie and Mundai - they were professional, friendly and worked really hard to ensure I had a beautiful bathroom. Unlike a lot of tradesmen/companies they turn up when they say they will, do what they say they’ll do, they’ll answer the phone within a couple of rings, they’ll deal with the problems that always crop up with this type of project immediately and without any fuss. Everything was just so easy! And I ended up with a wonderful new bathroom!

From start to finish BathBarn have been very good with their service. Sunil was very helpful and patient with us whilst choosing the right fit for my elderly dad. They even managed to fit us in at very short notice which was a godsend.

I needed a new toilet and sink after my existing ones had gotten dirty and were broken. I initially went to B&Q, but the guy there wasn't really interested in helping me choose the right style and quoted Feb 2023 before they'd have anyone to remove and install the new items.

This prompted me to search for others that could supply the new sink/toilet and install it. Bath Barn had a huge catalogue of products to choose from and talked through the different options that were available for me. Better yet, they was able to install within 2-3 weeks.

Communication was great throughout, and they let me know when everything had been ordered. When the time came to install, they arrived on time, removed the old items and did a great job with very little mess left afterwards.

Overall highly recommended if you want a reliable bathroom supplier who can also do fitting, in a timely manner to suit your budget.

I would definitely recommend Bath Barn - We were looking to purchase new floor tiles for our kitchen which we were having refurbished and came across Bath Barn. As we were not completely sure about what kind of design we wanted, Rahul took the time to talk through and show us different tile designs which would work well and complement our new kitchen design. Now that our kitchen refurbishment is complete and everything has come together, we are very happy with how the tiles look and think that the choice of tile that we went for is perfect for our kitchen. Excellent service, Rahul in the show room was very helpful and was highly attentive to all of our needs. The installers were hardworking, punctual and quality of the workmanship was good. The benefit of this company is that the after sales service has been excellent and even once the work was fully complete and paid for when we encountered a minor issue (that was not down to them) afterwards this was quickly addressed and rectified. Would highly recommend.

We can’t fault the superb service we received from this company. Our downstairs cloakroom, off the conservatory, has been completely and beautifully transformed and conservatory also tiled and decorated to perfection, including underfloor heating making it delightful to sit in whatever the weather. We had many ideas to start with, all understood perfectly. All materials sourced and every suggestion made by BathBarn turned out to be spot on. We made many extra requests along the way - plus some additional requirements due to disability. Nothing was too much trouble or beyond the capabilities of the team. I have been to 3 bathroom showrooms in Leicester before I found these guys. I don't say the other showrooms were bad, but here I found very special attitude towards my needs. The owner listened to me very carefully and made very good suggestions. I am happy with my choice.

People say the bathroom is the most important room in your home and they are absolutely right. Well maybe my bedroom is the most important, but the bathroom is number 2. Anyway I make no compromises when it comes to my bathroom. That is why I did a lot of research when I was renovating it. Bath barn was the third place I visit and I fell in love with a bathroom design they had on display. I just had to have it. And now I do. They delivered and installed everything and it looks marvelous. I am very happy with my new bathroom.

Splendid showroom. We fell in love with a bath tub they had on sale. They even installed it for us. I love taking long bubble baths with a glass of wine every evening.

I know that my husband and I can be really picky. Our friends don't miss a chance to tell us. We must have been looking at tiles for an hour before we found some that we both liked.
