Bedroom to Bathroom Remodel in Kirby Muxloe LE9, Leicester

Our client wanted a brand new fully functional bathroom to be made out of a bedroom that was close to another bedroom. Due to the age of the clients they required easier access from their room to the new bathroom. They were specific about having feature tiles and a lot of storage space in their new bathroom. It was an interesting challenge for us and we have finished the project within nine working days.

The solution

As with similar projects, the challenge came from the technical aspect of the job. A new plumbing system was required before the redesign of the supply and fit bathroom. We also wanted to make a good design to answer our client’s needs. We took the responsibility to provide high-quality work and also to implement innovative solutions. But this wouldn’t be possible without BathBarn’s professional approach. To suit the client’s needs, we have installed a low-level bath with easy access for elderly people. For additional support, we have put grab rails which ensure safety while walking in the room. In addition, in the shower and bath area, we installed shower panels which has an easy clean aspect and tiles across the rest of the bathroom.

The results

As a result, the existing bedroom was transformed into a bathroom built from scratch. A shower was installed, providing level access, anti-slip surface and an easy walk-in. As a conclusion, we can say that all the client needs were successfully met.
