Bathroom to Shower Bespoke Request at our Bathroom Showroom in Leicester

Our team was approached by a client located in Syston LE7, who wanted to reshape and restructure their existing bathroom to transform it into an easy to access and use space. After the customer got in touch with our Leicester bathroom showroom, we sat down for a brief conversation about the customer’s expectations, visions, and requirements. This first step is of essential importance for the success of our projects and we always strive to understand fully what the client expects from our specialists.

One of the key requirements shared with us was the necessity for easy access to the shower area. We analysed the existing space, created a plan, and were ready to get to work and renovate the bathroom.

The results

In order to provide the easy access that the customer wanted to enjoy, we had to remove the bath and the existing tiles within the area to install a shower. To make the project cost-effective, the client chose to keep the existing tiles around the rest of the bathroom. This would reduce expenses for new tiles and for their installation. As the existing tiles were staying, we had to select suitable new tile colours to create consistency in the space.

In our bathroom showroom in Leicester, we store and have a wide range of tiles and shower panels at our disposal. This enables us to have a wide variety of choices and select the tiles that would best fit the interior of the bathroom. Our design team at Bath Barn discovered a very similar match of colour on the shower panel and the client loved it.

Our installation team of fitters tipped out the existing bath and tiles. The first step after the removal was to fix the plumb a thermostatic double-head shower and to install an anti-slip shower tray, which would prevent any accidents. Next, we installed 90ml chrome waste and plastic shower panels. We finished off with chrome trims and a 1200 wetroom shower screen.

As a result, the bathroom space went through a completely different transformation in a cost-effective way. The project only took two days to complete, giving the client a quick and reliable solution. To make the process even more convenient for the customer, who’s located in Syston, he only visited our showroom remotely – through video calls and photos over email.
